Synopsis:
THE EYES OF TAMMY FAYE is an intimate look at the extraordinary rise, fall and redemption of televangelist Tammy Faye Bakker. Tammy Faye’s legacy is one of genuine compassion for all people. She preached a message of love and acceptance, and believed that everyone is deserving of love without judgement. For years following the Bakker’s very public disgrace, until her death in 2007, Tammy Faye continued her mission to spread love and kindness to all, particularly with her work in the LGBTQ community during the height of the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
