James Franco must be one of the busiest people in Hollywood. He directed three and is featured in nine films scheduled for release in 2013 (though you probably won't be seeing Interior. Leather Bar. at your local theater).
Franco claims both acting and directing credits for As I Lay Dying, an adaptation of the acclaimed William Faulkner novel that follows a family traveling across Mississippi in order to bury their matriarch in her desired resting place. It will be interesting to see how Franco handled the story's fifteen narrators and stream of consciousness writing style. As I Lay Dying co-stars Logan Marshall-Green, Tim Blake Nelson, Ahna O'Reilly and Beth Grant, along with surprising appearances by Eastbound & Down's Danny McBride and True Blood's Jim Parrack. It premieres this month at Cannes.
